Employee message when handbook changes

Normally if there is a change to the handbook, all of your employees should be issued with an amended copy.

If the change was of no consequence e.g. a spelling error was corrected, then you should click No.

 

If you choose Yes, each employee's status will change

 

Click on the flagged status message and you will see a screen like below

 

You can then specify if just this employee or more employees have been given the latest handbook
