Disciplinary Letters

The below template letters have been prepared to assist employers when dealing with disciplinary issues. The documentation has been prepared as a guide for employers. The final stages of a disciplinary procedure could lead to the dismissal of an employee. Employers should be aware of the risks involved in dismissing an employee.
